AI agents for the boring parts.

Automation takes the jobs that follow a rule (sending the follow-up, logging the booking, chasing the quote) and runs them on their own. AI agents take the ones that need some judgement, like sorting enquiries or drafting replies, and hand anything uncertain back to you. You keep the work you are good at.

Automation and AI agents

Rules first

Most of the lost hours go to jobs that follow a rule: when a form comes in, send this; when a booking lands, log that. We wire those once, with tools like n8n, and they keep running.

Automation and AI agents

Agents where judgement helps

Reading an enquiry and working out what it is, drafting a reply in the customer's language, pulling the facts out of an email. Agents do this well when the job is narrow and a person checks the edge cases.

Automation and AI agents

Built on what you already use

Your inbox, your calendar, your spreadsheet, your booking system. We connect what is already there instead of moving you onto yet another platform.

What an automation project includes

  • A map of where your week actually goes, and which jobs are worth automating
  • Workflows for follow-ups, bookings, quotes, reminders and new leads
  • AI agents for sorting, drafting and answering, with clear limits on what they may do alone
  • Connections to the tools you already use: email, calendar, forms, spreadsheets, CRM
  • A person in the loop for anything that spends money, makes a promise or leaves the building
  • Logs you can read, so you always know what ran and what it did
  • A written list of which data goes to which provider
  • Ongoing care as a monthly service, if you want us to keep it running

How it works

  1. 01

    Map the week

We walk through an ordinary week with you and put a number of hours on every repetitive job.

  2. 02

    Automate one thing

The job that eats the most hours goes first, end to end, before anything else is built.

  3. 03

    Add the agents

Where a rule is not enough, an agent takes the first pass, and you approve what it does until you trust it.

  4. 04

    Keep it running

Workflows break when the tools around them change. On a monthly plan we watch them and fix them.

Questions clients ask

What can be automated?

Anything that follows a rule and happens often: follow-up emails, booking confirmations, reminders, quote requests, invoices going to your accountant, new leads landing in a spreadsheet.

What is an AI agent?

A program that uses a language model to do a narrow task that needs some judgement, such as reading an enquiry and routing it or drafting a reply, inside limits we set together.

Will an agent talk to my customers on its own?

Only if you want it to, and only within a script you have approved. By default an agent drafts and a person sends.

Which tools do you build with?

n8n for workflows, the APIs of the tools you already use, and current models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, chosen per job on cost and quality.

What happens to our data?

Each provider gets only what its task needs, and you get a written list of which data goes where.

Do we have to pay monthly?

No. A workflow can be a one-off build. If you want us to watch it and maintain it, that is a monthly service.
